MTSBA 2023 Accommodating Individuals with Disabilities IDEA/504 - On Demand Option

Only $125 per person or $500 for Unlimited District Option
Session #1: This session will be devoted to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its application to public schools, school employees and making public accommodations.
Session #2: The focus of this session will be on Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the requirements for accommodating students and staff with disabilities.
Session #3: This session will focus on a district’s requirements to comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) starting with child find provisions, evaluations, individual education plans and discipline of IDEA students.
