Thriving, Not Just Surviving: Supporting Employee Wellness in Today's Schools
The conversation around employee wellness has evolved. Today's workforce is looking beyond traditional benefits and asking for meaningful support, manageable workloads, healthy workplace cultures, and greater attention to mental health.
In this session, school leaders will examine the factors contributing to stress and burnout, learn how to build resilience across their organizations, and discover practical ways to support employee well-being before the school year begins. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas to strengthen retention, improve engagement, and create an environment where educators and staff can perform at their best while protecting their own well-being.

This HR – Risk Management Program is an add-on program, which includes monthly HR based webinars and up to six (6) hours of legal consultation on HR topics (contracts, handbook reviews, administrative evaluation support or other specific employment inquiries). MTSBA specifically designed this HR Program to better assist our members with employment-related matters given the complexity of these matters and the high risk of legal challenges. This is a great value for any district as it assists members of your staff leadership team, and your board navigate the complexities of the employment relationship. The yearly rate for this add-on program is $1,500 per year.
