Collective Bargaining 101: A discussion of the nuts and bolts of collective bargaining.

Current Issues in Bargaining: A discussion of trending problem areas in negotiations, including representation fees; benefits for Title 2 employees; and inclusion of coaching and other extra-duty stipends in teacher bargaining agreements. 

Problematic Contract Language: A discussion of contract provisions that actively interfere with the management of school operations and/or the provision of educational services to the students of the district. 

Taking a Strategic Approach to Negotiations: A discussion of the alignment of labor negotiations with the strategic planning process in an effort to prioritize the interests of the students.
