MTSBA 2021 Accommodating Individuals with Disabilities IDEA/504
Tuesdays in January! January 12, 19, 26 from 1:00-3:00 pm
Only $125 per person or $500 for Unlimited District Option
January 12: 1:00-3:00 p.m. This session will focus on a district’s requirements to comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) starting with child find provisions, evaluations, individual education plans and discipline of IDEA students.
January 19: 1:00-300 p.m. The focus of this session will be on Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the requirements for accommodating individuals with disabilities.
January 26: 1:00-3:00 p.m. This session will be devoted to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its application to public schools, school employees and making public accommodations.
